Return & Exchange Policy – Apj Luxury Hair
At Apj Luxury Hair, we are committed to providing high-quality human hair wigs and hair products. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused and unworn
In its original packaging
Not washed, cut, colored, or altered in any way
With all tags and lace still intact
If the product has been worn, styled, or altered, it will not qualify for a return or refund.
Exchanges
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly arrange an exchange or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Wigs that have been worn, cut, or styled
Custom or special order wigs
Sale or discounted items
Return Process
To start a return, please contact our customer service with your:

Full name
Reason for return
Photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return instructions.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
